Five short answers

Who do you place?: Sales, support, success, operations, marketing, finance and engineering roles for startups and small teams, mostly remote, mostly working US hours.
Where are candidates?: Latin America. Every person we send has been screened and interviewed by us before you see them.
How fast?: Your market read lands in about a minute. The first screened candidates usually reach your board within one to two weeks of signing.
What if it doesn't work out?: A replacement guarantee covers the first stretch after their start. The exact length is in your agreement, which arrives with your signing link.
Do I pay anything up front?: No. The fee is due once someone you hired starts. You see the exact terms on your page after you describe the role, and again before you sign.
